Peter A Heffer
BSc(Hons) MSc MIET CEng CFSE TÜV FSEng
Peter has been an Instrumentation and Functional Safety Engineer in the Oil and Gas/Petrochemical Industry, for over 40 years.
He has been design consultant and client – working for the major London Design Contractors as well as Owner Operating companies.
Peter started on the drawing board as apprentice and worked his way to Chartered Engineer. With projects from the conceptual stage up to and including start-up and plant operations.
He has in depth knowledge of all project and IEC61511 lifecycle phases.
Peter is a Certified Functional Safety Expert and TÜV Functional Safety Engineer.
